Dinner & Program: $19; Program only: $5

Mel Skahan is the go-to person on the Yakama Reservation when someone wants to report a Bigfoot sighting. He will walk you through his personal story, and the evolution of his change from a skeptic and a non-believer to the connection. Learn about his personal experiences that have changed his mind, and the course of his life. From personal stories told as a child, through skepticism, first contact, researching, and eventually the finding of a spirit connection and relationship. He will talk about the spiritual side of Sasquatch as seen through the Indigenous culture.

Joining Mel will be the hosts of the “Bigfoot Beast Mode Show” from KYNR Yakama Nation radio. They’ll be open for audience questions.

Meet special guest, Bob Gimlin for a meet and greet prior to the dinner, from 5:15 to 6 pm. The Bluff Creek video footage shot in 1967 by Gimlin and his partner Roger Patterson of a Sasquatch called “Patty” has become an iconic part of American folklore about Bigfoot.

Mel Skahan participated in the Bigfoots Reflection Strange days filming with Bob Saget. He has been interviewed by ESPN, the Robb Report, Native American Calling and many newspaper articles.

Enjoy a tasty lasagna dinner, salad, bread rolls and dessert at 6 pm, with the program beginning at 7 pm.

Tickets for the dinner and program are $19; the program only is $5.
